Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and execute engagement campaigns through digital channels to increase product expansion and renewal.
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channels (email, push notification, WhatsApp, etc).
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver good engagement campaigns for all existing clients.
  • Generate weekly engagement rate report to manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, PR, etc.
  • Min 1-2 experience working as Customer Engagement or Content Writing.
  • Creative content writing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with email marketing/CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and strategy.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
