Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR & Community Development Strategy
   • Develop and execute CSR and community development strategies aligned with mining regulations, company priorities, and sustainability goals.
   • Design impactful programs that address social, economic, and environmental needs of surrounding communities.
2. PPM & Regulatory Compliance
   • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of PPM programs in accordance with government requirements.
   • Prepare and submit CSR/PPM reports to ESDM and Minerba in a timely and accurate manner.
   • Monitor and interpret changes in government regulations related to CSR and community development.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Relations
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government officials, NGOs, and industry stakeholders.
   • Facilitate consultations with community leaders to identify needs and co-develop effective programs.
   • Represent the company in government and stakeholder forums.
4. Program Management & Implementation
   • Oversee CSR and community projects covering education, health, infrastructure, environment, and livelihood initiatives.
   • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
   • Measure and report on the impact of community programs.
5. Reporting & Monitoring
   • Lead the preparation of periodic CSR/PPM reports for internal and external stakeholders.
   • Ensure compliance audits and government inspections are managed effectively.
   • Provide data and insights for sustainability and ESG disclosures.
