Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate borrower’s creditworthiness through financial statements, bank accounts, legal documents, and collateral.
  • Prepare structured credit recommendations for the Credit Committee.
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance, including DPD, NPL, and restructuring trends.
  • Provide early warning analysis on potential risks and coordinate with Collection and RM teams for follow‑ups.
  • Develop monthly credit risk reports covering loan composition, portfolio quality, and borrower performance.
  • Support company self‑assessment on risk management and governance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, Risk Management, or Portfolio Monitoring in financial institutions (Bank or Fintech P2P lending).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and credit risk assessment principles.
  • Proficient in Excel or GSheet for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work cross‑functionally.
