Role Summary

AsetKu (PT. Pintar Inovasi Digital) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Credit Review Team Leader to enhance its operational excellence within the financial services sector, specifically in the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending space. This role is based in Yogyakarta. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supervising the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Phone Verification (PV) processes, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and regulatory standards while driving performance improvements across the team.

The Credit Review Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing KYC and PV agents, leading the Credit Review team to meet performance targets, and developing actionable strategies for continuous process enhancement.

This role involves preparing and analyzing team performance reports, collaborating with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to conduct training sessions, and ensuring alignment with Risk Management policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in credit review processes, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise KYC (Know Your Customer) agents in the customer review process to ensure compliance with both internal and regulatory requirements in support of the company’s business operations.
  • Supervise PV (Phone Verification) agents in verifying fund recipients as part of the KYC process, ensuring alignment with internal and external regulations.
  • Lead the Credit Review team to achieve performance targets while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in KYC and PV verification processes.
  • Prepare and analyze team performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous process enhancement.
  • Report incidents or irregularities related to KYC and PV processes to Risk Management Division.
  • Develop and/or update Credit Review procedures, ensuring they are approved and aligned with Risk Management policies and regulator.
  • Collaborate with the QA Team Leader to conduct periodic refreshment training for KYC and PV agents to ensure ongoing compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with QA Team Leader to completing tasks related to CR and QA functions such as completing Internal Audit findings related to the Credit Review (CR) process in line with Quality Assurance (QA), preparing KYC and PV performance report materials as well as mitigating risks for the credit review process such as: daily, weekly and or monthly reports, presentation materials, etc.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or Informatics Management (Information Systems) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit Review processes, including KYC and PV, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader capacity.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications for basic analysis and reporting (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as presentation tools like Looker Studio.
  • Strong understanding of business processes within the financial industry, particularly in P2P lending or banking sectors.
  • Willingness to work offline or online during weekends if required.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong influencing abilities; proactive and self-motivated mindset; detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
