Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning:Develop and implement financial strategies to support the plant's business objectives.
• Accounts Management:Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Internal Controls:Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordination with Headquarters:Act as the primary liaison between the manufacturing plant and the corporate finance team, ensuring alignment on financial goals and strategies.
• MIS Reporting:Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance.
• Manufacturing Finance:Manage financial aspects of manufacturing operations, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
