Job Description
  • Direct and manage the overall FP&A strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results and projections.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial reports, variance analysis, and key metrics to leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management on long-term business plans and scenario planning, supporting major initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, ensuring continuous development and optimization of processes.
Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
  • At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles
  • Broad understanding of business processes, process auditing and internal control concepts
  • Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
  • Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
