Requirements
- Experience in Sales Hotel/villa hotel/ Apartment Hotel.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
- Well groomed, outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill.
- Good integrity and attitude.
- Target oriented.
- Good analytical thinking, negotiation skill and presentation skill.
Responsibility
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities by targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other relevant industries.
- Develop a pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries addressed promptly.
Sales Strategy and Targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from corporate clients and group bookings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiation and Contracting
- Negotiate corporate contracts, bulk bookings, long-term stays, and group rates.
- Ensure contracts are profitable and align with the hotel's revenue management strategies.
