Location: Jakarta, Indonesia. Full-time, On-site (In-house role, not agency)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia-based candidates (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process).
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, and communicate with APAC Regional HR and stakeholders in Mandarin and English.
• Build and maintain local talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Coordinate closely with Indonesia Hiring Manager and APAC HR teams.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates and reports.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment process efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in in‑house or agency recruitment.
• Experience handling local hiring while coordinating with regional stakeholders.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (business communication level).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work full‑time on‑site in Jakarta and legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
