We manage a diverse portfolio of properties ranging from city hotels to resorts across the archipelago. We are currently seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Corporate IT & Data Analyst Manager to lead our digital transformation and data-driven decision‑making processes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hybrid leader who bridges the gap between IT Infrastructure Management and Business Intelligence.

You will be responsible for overseeing the IT strategy, standardization, and stability across all Sahid hotel units, while simultaneously leveraging data to provide actionable insights for the Board of Directors and Management. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in a Hotel Operator / Corporate Office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the group-wide IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.

Standardize IT policies, procedures, and systems (PMS, POS, ERP) across all hotel units to ensure consistency and compliance.

Manage IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets for the Corporate Office and review IT budgets for hotel units.

Oversee vendor management, SLA monitoring, and negotiation for software licenses and hardware procurement at a group level.

Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data privacy compliance (UU PDP) across the group.

Lead the data architecture strategy; collect, clean, and integrate data from various sources (Property Management Systems, Finance, Sales, HR).

Design and maintain interactive Dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) to visualize key performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and GOP.

Analyze trends in guest behavior, market performance, and operational costs to provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Transform raw data into meaningful reports that assist Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments in forecasting and strategy formulation.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to IT Managers/Supervisors in each hotel unit.

Act as the Project Manager for new hotel openings (pre‑opening IT setup) and system migration projects.

Requirements

Experience in a Hotel Operator / Hotel Management Company is a MUST. We need someone who understands the multi‑property environment.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT & Data roles within the Hospitality industry.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Managerial or Leadership position.

Hotel Systems Mastery: Deep understanding of Hospitality Ecosystems, specifically PMS (VHP, Opera, etc.), POS systems, Channel Managers, and Booking Engines.

Data Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL, Database Management, and Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Infrastructure: Solid knowledge of Network Architecture (SD-WAN, Mikrotik/Cisco), Server Management, and Cloud Solutions.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).

Ability to translate complex technical data into business language for non‑technical stakeholders.
