  • Monitor and control inactive plots for pests, diseases, and water table.
  • Receive planting plots from the Plantation Establish team and hand them over.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
  • Ensure SPK are issued before scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Review planting plots and allocate them to maintenance supervisors.
  • Conduct Quality Control on sampling plots.
  • Assess work quality against SOP standards.
  • Record QC results and seek approval.
  • Verify survey results for inactive plots.
  • Coordinate with various departments and local communities.
  • Develop and motivate plantation maintenance staff.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control inactive plots for pests, diseases, water table, and conflict‑prone areas.
  • Receive 2‑month‑old planting plots from the Plantation Establish team and hand them over to maintenance supervisors according to SOP.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure material availability in the right quantity and on time.
  • Ensure SPK (Work Orders) are issued no later than 3 days before scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Review 12‑month planting plots and allocate them to maintenance supervisors based on handover reports.
  • Conduct Quality Control (QC) on sampling plots and evaluate contractor performance.
  • Assess whether work quality meets SOP standards and instruct corrections if below standard.
  • Record QC results in the logbook and seek approval from the Plantation Head.
  • Verify survey results/recommendations for inactive plots and escalate to the Plantation Head if corrective action is required.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Plantation Control, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Social & Security, contractors, and local communities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and motivate plantation maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
