Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that leverages UGC to increase engagement, authenticity, and brand advocacy.
  • Lead the ideation, planning, and production of social media content (organic and paid), ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with creators, customers, and internal teams to source and repurpose UGC that amplifies brand storytelling.
  • Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign timelines to ensure consistency and timely delivery across platforms.
  • Work closely with the Influencer, Brand, and Marketing teams to integrate UGC into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and consumer insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement & conversion rates.
  • Manage and mentor the content and creative team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and emerging creator dynamics to maintain the brand’s relevance and innovation.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in content marketing, social media, or creative production, with strong exposure to User-Generated Content (UGC) and community-driven campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute UGC strategies, including campaign ideation, creator briefing, content curation, and performance tracking.
  • Experienced in leading creative or social media teams, managing end-to-end processes from content planning to post-campaign analysis.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and storytelling techniques across key platforms (especially TikTok & Instagram).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content improvements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and creator teams.
  • Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industry is a strong plus.
  • Creative, data-driven, adaptable to fast-changing trends, and passionate about building authentic brand engagement through content.
