Job Summary

Int Labs is looking for a Consultant / Program Manager based in Jakarta to lead end-to-end delivery of client programs, manage stakeholders, and support content development.

Role Summary

You will manage consulting-style learning projects (online, offline, hybrid), ensuring strong project quality, smooth delivery operations, and excellent client experience. You will work closely with internal teams (designers, facilitators, ops) and directly with client stakeholders.

Job Description

1) Program Management (Workshops & Training Delivery)

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of workshops/training projects (online, offline, hybrid)
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, roles, and budget tracking
• Coordinate facilitators, speakers, vendors, venue/logistics, materials production, and tech setup
• Ensure delivery readiness: run-through, rehearsal, participant communications, and contingency plans
• Track project quality and post-project follow-ups, including reporting and improvement actions

2) Client & Stakeholder Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships with client PICs and key stakeholders
• Translate client needs into clear project scope, deliverables, and working cadence
• Drive alignment on expectations, changes, and approvals (scope/timeline/content)
• Communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & verbal)

3) Content Development (with Int Labs Team)

• Support development of slides, participant guides, facilitation notes, and activity designs
• Convert insights from client context into practical learning journeys (case, simulation, exercises)
• Ensure content consistency, clarity, and quality—aligned with project objectives

4) Program Facilitation

• Support the team in presenting learning content (experience in strategy, design thinking, or leadership content is a HUGE plus)
• Coaching our clients' participants and supporting in classroom or online activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is a plus) in Business, Management, Psychology, or related fields

3–7+ years experience in consulting firms, corporate training providers, or L&D/learning consulting environments

Proven track record managing workshop/training delivery projects (offline and/or virtual)

Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with senior client counterparts

Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (professional writing and speaking in both)

Able to structure problems, plan work clearly, and execute with high attention to detail

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience in innovation programmes: incubation, ideation, hackathons, design thinking, corporate innovation, etc.

Hands-on facilitation experience (as facilitator or co-facilitator)

Familiar with learning experience design, simulations, or experiential workshops

Experience working with regional/global clients
