Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for customer consultation on the Internet, inviting customers to visit the store and achieving performance targets.
  2. Responsible for the sale of products to customers who consult on the Internet.
  3. Responsible for following up on customers who have not ordered and inviting them to visit the store.
  4. Responsible for timely statistics and updates of CRM data.
  5. Responsible for the signing and registration of orders.
  6. Responsible for the follow‑up of orders, and the contact, communication and confirmation work with customers at all stages.
  7. Responsible for customer reception, corporate and product introduction, explanation, and recommend photography packages to customers; according to the characteristics of customer demand, provide customers with the best product package program.
  8. Responsible for the follow‑up of orders, and all stages of contact with customers, communication, confirmation work.
  9. Consciously maintain the corporate image and company interests, according to the company's professional service process to provide customers with a high level of one‑to‑one service.
  10. Execute day‑to‑day operations of the Korea Artiz Studio Bridal store under the guidance of the sales manager.
  11. Address customer service issues in the store and work to resolve all issues following the Grey Zone Guidelines without escalating to sales manager; if possible, addressing issues in the moment.
  12. Drive achievement of customer service/satisfaction goals and standards.
  13. Achieve designated sales target and maintain customer relationship.
