CONSTRUCTION SALES MANAGER B2B (URGENTLY NEEDED) - Placement:Cikarang

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A strong blend of Sales, Marketing, and Technical expertise is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in project sales or business development within adhesives, construction chemicals, or building materials.
• Established and active network of project distributors across Indonesia.
• Proven track record of managing distributor channels and achieving or exceeding project sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of construction project processes, BOQ, and material specifications.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet distributors and attend project meetings.
• Good command of English is preferred.
