Job Description:
  • Manage All Activities Related To Civil & Architectural Works From Beginning To The End Including Planning, Inspection, And Completion
  • Monitor On-Site Progress And Ensure Work Is Completed On Time And Within Budget
  • Work With Contractors, Engineers, Architects, And Key Team Members Of The Project Team
  • Ensure The Contractors Quality Of Works Complies With The Owner's Standards And The Requirements Of The Contract Documents Including The Specification And Shop Drawings
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 (six) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with portfolio in luxury hospitality construction projects
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
