Qualifications

• Licensed Advocate (PERADI or equivalent) is a PLUS.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
• Experience in retail, luxury goods, investment, or multinational companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor compliance strategies for investment regulations.
• Manage corporate legal matters including contracts and documentation.
• Oversee renewal of required licenses and permits.
