Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive club environment by promoting teamwork, member engagement, and a focus on health and wellness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Responsible for the profitability and growth of multiple clubs.
  • Ensure members consistently have a fantastic experience at the club.
  • Manage overall gym operations, facilities, and team performance.
Qualifications

  • Proficient in managing both Capex (Capital Expenditures) and Opex (Operational Expenditures).
