What You'll Be Doing:
  • Plan training programs according to training objectives and participant needs.
  • Design training materials, develop training plans, and determine appropriate teaching methods.
  • Deliver training material clearly and effectively.

  • Ensure active participation of participants in training sessions.

  • Use evaluation methods such as exams, case studies, or assignments to measure participant progress.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to participants.
  • Adapt training according to the level of understanding and needs of individual or group participants.
  • Respond to participants' questions and needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update training materials in accordance with the latest developments in the relevant field.
  • Ensure training materials are relevant and up‑to‑date.
  • Assess the overall effectiveness of the training program.
  • Monitor and measure whether training objectives are achieved and whether any improvements need to be made.
  • Have strong communication skills to convey material clearly and effectively.
  • Create a training environment that supports participant learning and participation.
  • Continue to develop skills and knowledge in the field of training.
  • Undertake additional training, obtain certifications as necessary, and stay up‑to‑date with trends and innovations in training.
  • Build positive relationships with trainees and provide support in their skills development.
