Job description

Overview

Maintenance and upkeep of the building and site and proper supervision and control of the new construction projects on the site.

Manufacturing Polyester Plant building having masonry trenches for Air Conditioning.

Building for Air Handling Unit.

Concrete tanks for effluent & water treatment.

Offices building.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control ongoing construction projects on site to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of building and site facilities.
• Monitor progress of projects such as Polyester Plant buildings, Air Handling Unit building, concrete effluent and water treatment tanks, and office buildings.

Qualifications

• S1 Civil Engineering graduated from reputed university/institute with 10-15 years of experience in handling various civil projects, preferably Petrochemical/ Power Plant/ Polyester Manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of project supervision, CAD 2D/3D/ SAP 2000/ ETAB/ STAD PRO, and latest civil engineering practices.
• Sound analytical thinking and high achievement orientation.
• Able to demonstrate effective team leadership.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written.
