Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years Garment QC experience with latest position as Chief QC / Supervisor QC.
• Strong knowledge of sewing process, garment construction, and sewing machines.
• Hands-on in AQL and inline inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC team and supervise QC Supervisors and Operators.
• Conduct monitoring inline and end-line inspections.
• Identify, analyze, and solve sewing defects.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief QC Garment (Sewing) to lead and manage our sewing quality control team. The role ensures sewing operations meet buyer’s standards, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QC team and supervise QC Supervisors and QC Inspectors also Operators on sewing lines.
• Conduct and monitor inline and end-line inspection based on AQL standards.
• Identify, analyze, and solve sewing defects (critical, major, minor).
• Work closely with Production, IE, and QA to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and guide QC Inspectors and sewing operators on quality standards.
• Prepare reports and corrective actions for buyer audits.
• Maintain compliance with buyer requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years Garment QC experience with latest position as Chief QC / Supervisor QC in sewing line.
• Strong knowledge of sewing process, garment construction, and sewing machines.
• Hands-on in AQL, inline inspection, and corrective actions.
• Strong leadership to manage QC teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English communication is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Jepara - Central Java.
