What you’ll be doing day to day

• Driving sales growth and sustained long-term profitability, by establishing a life-long relationship with existing and new customers
• Securing an easy buying process from home to home, understanding and match customers’ need and expectations now and in the future
• Implement the Customer Relations action plan and support the goals and targets given, which ensures the effective execution of our action plan, which is creating a positive experience for the customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again
• Ensuring the department/work area is effective and efficiently equipped at all times during trading hours for the customer and cost-efficient for the store
• Handling complaints in an efficient, accurate and friendly way
