Responsibilities

Lead the development of the trade marketing strategies in retail channel.

Develop strategic sales marketing to support distribution expansion and user penetration by generating sales campaigns, promotional activities, discount strategies, visual product presentations, etc to maximize opportunity and potential to grow.

Conduct market analysis, build forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; to develop and implement sales online / trade strategy to boost sales performance of the product.

Ensure and monitor implementation of marketing activities in retail and online channel are well delivered based on defined strategies.

Generate comprehensive reports for the overall performance of E-Commerce and Trade Marketing such as insights, summaries, and recommendations based on clear, objective, and substantial data to facilitate improvement and achieve the desired business outcomes.

Manage and control the Brand(s) budget & marketing investment for e-commerce trade marketing activities.

Manage good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure alignment with various functions and achieve marketing objectives for each marketing activity.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, account management or business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing profitable channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, go-to-market models and partner engagement best practices.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with channel partners.
