Job description

Develop and implement the canteen business plan, including tenant mix, internal outlets, catering, and branding.

Source, evaluate, and onboard new quality tenants aligned with the target market.

Set revenue and profit targets (tenant, outlet, catering) and ensure achievement.

Coordinate with the Kitchen Coordinator on product development and catering services.

Supervise Outlet & Tenant Supervisors in overseeing daily operations.

Develop, implement, and regularly review operational SOPs.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all canteen areas.

Recruit core staff, conduct induction, and provide basic training.

Monitor financial reports (P&L, tenant revenue-sharing, outlet and catering sales).

Prepare and present monthly reports to the school management/owner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B/retail industry (experience in food court or tenant acquisition is an advantage).

Proven experience in team leadership and sales target management.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Business-minded, multitasking, decisive, and service-oriented.
