Job summary

Job description
Technical Support Coordinator
  • Provide first hand resolution to English 1 Staff inquiries on English 1 Systems submitted through Help Centre
  • Provide business systems support for all English 1 Kids & Teens Schools, including data collection, problem solving, systems training and testing.
  • Redirect or escalate problems to appropriate teams, such as product or engineering, when necessary.
  • Track and manage requests and issues, documenting resolutions in Jira and Salesforce.
  • Assess whether issues are covered in the existing knowledge base/training materials and, if not, create new documentation, video tutorial or request additional support material.
  • Maintain sales price and promotions in Salesforce.
  • Provide support on user account changes in Salesforce.
  • Provide monthly report on administrative and technical support requests.
  • Assist the department with other administrative tasks if necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience in a relevant role for at least 1 year.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, administration, accounting, or any related field.
  • Experience in administrative tasks (data recording, reporting, and distribution).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Adherence to all principles of confidentiality.
  • Ability to show initiative, good business judgment, and resourcefulness.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficient in Ms Office.
