Key Responsibilities

Translation & Interpretation

Translate business documents, presentations, emails, and reports between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia

Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and discussions with internal teams, partners, and customers

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all communications

Operational & Business Support

Support daily operations related to marketing, business development, and customer service

Assist in coordinating activities and communications between Indonesia and overseas teams (Malaysia & China)

Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and follow-ups in multiple languages

Support onboarding and communication with Indonesia-based customers or partners

Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a communication bridge between regional stakeholders

Assist in tracking operational progress, timelines, and deliverables

Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as required to support business growth in Indonesia

Requirements

Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin

HSK Level 6 or equivalent proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in translation, operations, customer support, or regional coordination is an advantage

Ability to work with stakeholders across different cultures and time zones

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
