Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a Business Manager to drive sales and manage security products. You will develop solutions, present to clients, and work closely with stakeholders to close deals. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in IT sales management, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role is based in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager for 5-7 years in the IT industry, fintech, or digital transformation company.
  • Experience in IT Consulting service company handling Security products.
  • Experience handling B2B or enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations to customers.
  • Work with the Head of Business to ensure successful sales closure.
  • Close deals with clients and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Liaise with Product Managers about client product feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
  • Close deals with clients and contribute to the business team in driving revenue.
  • Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and the product & competitor landscape.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager for 5-7 years in the IT industry, fintech, or digital transformation company.
  • Have experience in an IT Consulting service company especially handling Security products
  • Experience handling B2B or enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
