A leading telecommunications services company in Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Staff to identify and develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or account management. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, and proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin as an advantage.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecommunications services industry
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and industry trends
Build, maintain, and manage relationships with clients and business partners
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements
Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by the company
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business, or Engineering
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with a strong results-driven mindset
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Strong market analysis and business strategy skills
Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage
Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus
