You will leverage your strong local networks and a solution-oriented mindset to form valuable partnerships and increase customer offerings. This role supports local SMEs and encourages strategic growth within the sector.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in the Operations, Supply Chain, or Network department of existing LSPs.
  • Ability to commercialize services offered to LSPs.
  • Understanding logistics service providers landscape in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and activity targets.
  • Drive shipper acquisition and growth.
  • Grow transport revenue.
  • Expand and continuously develop accounts.

Solution building mindset
Strong industry networks in the LSP sector

Job Description
  • Responsible on target achievement assigned to the individual, including, sales target, activities target, as well as new acquisition, shipper retention, and shipper growth of the Logistics Service Provider Sectors.
  • Responsible for achievement on sales target
  • Responsible on fulfilling activities assigned to the individual sales person
  • Responsible for shipper acquisition and shipper growth
  • Responsible for continuous growth and expansion of the account
  • Growth transport revenue
Requirements
  • 5-10 years in the Operations, Supply Chain, Network department of an existing LSPs
  • Solution building mindset
  • Strong industry networks in the LSP sector
  • Ability to commercialize offering to LSPs
  • Understanding the Logistics Service Providers landscape in Indonesia.
  • Good local networks into Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Transport Departments
  • Collaborative or value based selling to offer under utilized capacities of Ninja Van or pursue strategic opportunities of Ninja Van with LSPs
  • Ability to form partnerships and collaborations with LSP to increase their customer value offering instead of transactional transportation sales
