What The Job Involves
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales of Usystems Coldlogik products across various countries in Europe.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients within the region.
- Enable and support country-level sales teams, providing them with the tools, training, and resources necessary to sell Coldlogik effectively.
- Work closely with the Cooling Director of Europe to align business development activities with the overall strategic goals of LDCS.
- Provide regular reporting for Forecasting and Budget purposes.
- Collaborate with the Key Account team and direct sales teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
- Identify local service partners or personnel to carry out the installation and service of Cold Logik products across the region.
- Ensure that selected service partners attend sales and service training courses held by LDCS.
- Coordinate with USystems Service Manager and hand over local partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Business Unit and LDCS Category Managers to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance. Support the development and refinement of product offerings based on field insights and customer feedback.
- Participate in regular meetings and strategy sessions with the Cooling Director and other Business Development Managers.
