What you will do
  • Generate excitement for Santai Seaplane and convert it into solid, revenue-generating B2B partnerships.
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with luxury hotels, resorts, villa collections, travel designers, DMCs, concierges, and corporate clients.
  • Own the full partnership cycle: from first outreach to signed contract to launch and ongoing performance.
  • Design attractive bundled packages (seaplane transfers + stays + exclusive experiences) that partners are eager to promote.
  • Plan and deliver impactful events: fam trips, partner dinners, showcase flights, and joint promotions.
  • Track results of every partnership and initiative, analyze performance, and keep improving.
  • Support wider commercial, sales, and marketing efforts as needed (e.g., contributing content ideas, assisting with pitch decks for new routes, representing Santai at industry trade shows)—in a small team, the best ideas win.
What you bring
  • 5+ years proven background in luxury hospitality or premium travel partnerships/sales, ideally within the Bali or Indonesian market (resorts, villas, DMCs, or charter experience highly desirable).
  • Full professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Love rock & rolling, but not trolling and scrolling…
  • Naturally outgoing and relationship-driven – you genuinely enjoy networking and turning conversations into deals.
  • Structured and analytical: comfortable with CRM, Excel, and measuring ROI.
  • Creative thinker when structuring offers and joint promotions.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to stay cool under pressure.
  • A sense of humor and real passion for what we’re building.
  • Currently based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
