Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
Create and present attractive business proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Provide daily and weekly progress reports
Stay updated on commodity trends and the logistics industry
Continuously develop product and service knowledge
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (fresh graduates are welcome)
Open to Senior High School / Vocational School graduates (SMA/SMK) with 1–2 years of experience in B2B or related fields
Strong interest in Business Development / Sales
Willing to fully participate in the 3-months program
Possess skills in leadership, data analysis, and marketing
A structured Sales Academy curriculum covering B2B sales fundamentals from prospecting to closing.
Direct guidance from experienced mentors in the logistics and sales industry.
