  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
  • Prepare partnership proposals and lead negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to execute partnerships
  • Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities
  • Support go-to-market and growth strategies
  • Track partnership performance and prepare regular reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role
  • Experience in startups, SaaS, tech, digital products, or creator economy is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus)
