Job summary

A dynamic consulting firm in Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Specialist. Job description

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, finance) to align business development activities with overall company strategy.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.

Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as needed.

Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development performance and progress.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in POS industry or Fintech / Payments / Retail Technology is preferred.
  • Proficieny in English is a must
