We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst & Performance Reporting professional to join our Finance, Accounting, and Tax team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial and tax data, producing insightful performance reports, and enhancing decision‑making through actionable data insights. This role plays a crucial part in improving reporting efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and strengthening financial transparency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports to track financial, accounting, and tax KPIs.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for senior management and auditors.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reports.
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
• Conduct root cause analysis for financial or tax deviations.
• Deliver insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Tax teams for compliance and audit readiness.
• Support business cases for cost optimization and investment evaluation.
• Partner with internal teams (Accounting, Tax, Operations) to align reporting and insights.
• Support audit and tax filing processes through accurate data and timely documentation.
