We are seeking a reliable and capable Building Manager to oversee daily facility operations, lead service teams, and ensure smooth building performance. This role suits candidates with solid experience in facility management who are ready to take full operational ownership of a commercial property in Jakarta Selatan.
Manage day-to-day building operations, including engineering, housekeeping, security, and general services.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed according to SOP and schedule.
Oversee vendor coordination, service delivery, and contract compliance.
Conduct regular building inspections and monitor asset conditions.
Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and improvement recommendations.
Handle tenant/client operational requests professionally and in a timely manner.
Support implementation of HSE standards within the building environment.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Property Management, or Building Operations.
Hands‑on understanding of MEP systems and building maintenance processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Experience leading operational teams or supervising service vendors.
Willing to work onsite full‑time in Jakarta Selatan.
FM-related certifications (BOMA, IFMA, HSE, MEP, etc.) are an advantage.
