Overview

Ready to Elevate a Brand in the Luxury Industry? We are looking for a Brand, PR & Event Supervisor who is result-driven, data-oriented, and capable of developing and executing effective marketing and branding strategies to strengthen D&Co brand presence. This position is open for both male and female candidates with proven experience in brand management and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing, branding, and PR strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise promotional activities, events, and brand collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance (digital and offline) based on data and KPIs.
  • Utilize the ERP System and digital tools for reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare evaluation reports and provide strategic recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, PR, or event, preferably from retail, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experienced in handling promotional and event projects from concept to execution.
  • Familiar with ERP Systems, with strong data analysis and result-based decision-making skills.
  • Creative, communicative, and skilled in presentation and coordination.
  • Able to work across departments with strong leadership skills.
  • Proactive, result-driven, and adaptable to dynamic work schedules.
