About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager to take full end-to-end ownership of Nabilaze, one of our key fashion brands. This role carries full P&L responsibility and oversees the entire brand lifecycle—from product line planning and costing to manufacturing, inventory management, content and live-commerce execution, marketplace growth, and after-sales quality.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & P&L: Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans, including pricing and margin strategies, buy plans, sell-through targets, and open-to-buy (OTB) management. Deliver weekly dashboards with clear, actionable insights to drive performance.
- Product & Production: Define merchandise mix and product specifications, manage MOQ and cost negotiations, oversee lead times and quality control, and incorporate sustainability considerations. Align production with real-time demand signals to optimize efficiency.
- Marketplace Growth: Build and deliver a GMV growth roadmap across Tokopedia (including TikTok Shop integration), Shopee, and Lazada. Oversee product listings, search and promotion architecture, campaign participation, and live-commerce tactics aligned with top market practices.
- Content & Creators: Develop briefs for photo and video shoots, live-commerce sessions, and creator campaigns. Build and manage a UGC/KOL pipeline, and conduct regular performance reviews to maximize ROI.
- Operations & Customer Experience (CX): Maintain strong operational metrics including in-stock percentage, inventory aging, return-to-vendor (RTV) rates, returns management, chat response SLAs, customer rating goals, and warranty/after-sales service playbooks.
- Compliance & Risk: Monitor and adapt to evolving platform policies, tax regulations, and marketplace requirements in Indonesia to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach a small cross-functional team covering design, supply, marketplace operations, and content. Establish clear rituals, processes, and accountability to ensure team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in brand/ecommerce management (fashion preferred) with marketplace and live-commerce wins.
- Proven vendor management & cost negotiation; comfort with data tools (sheets/BI) and basic financial modeling.
- Track record owning pricing/margin and hitting GMV/CM targets.
- Plus: Experience with Shoppee/TikTok ecosystem and integrated creator programs
- GMV & contribution margin, sell-through & aging, OOS rate, rating/return %; campaign ROI; live-commerce conversion.
