Job summary

A beauty industry company located in Jakarta Utara is seeking a skilled marketing manager with 2-3 years of experience in brand and marketing management. You will coordinate and develop marketing strategies to promote their brands and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and media. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree and be fluent in English. This role involves full WFO arrangements in Kembangan, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities
  • Plans, develops and coordinates all sales and marketing communications programs to promote the brands and further to support the company’s sales objectives.
  • Assist Country Head in developing and managing marketing plan and budget, also provide recommendations of creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
  • Prepare, create and develop marketing communication collaterals, including brochure, flyers, PR materials, both print and digital.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship of journalist, media contacts, Key Opinion Leaders, influencers, content creators and bloggers to ensure optimum coverage for the brand and for achieving sales target.
  • Monitor, analyze and create media coverage report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Measure and report performance of all sales and marketing event and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Plan, develop, and organize media events, media visits, and all PR-related activities.
  • Liaise with Operations Head of each brand to plan, develop, and organize brand events and in-store activation activities to grow brand awareness and presence.
  • Explore and identify potential collaborations and partnerships opportunities with other parties to drive brand awareness.
  • Devising of digital marketing strategy across all Social Media platforms and budget planning.
  • Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing efforts on a continuous basis.
  • Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers, as well as monitoring the online presence.
  • Provides day-to-day direction, support, and daily task assignments, as well as providing feedback to the Marketing team.
  • Work alongside Designer to create, develop and maintain content for the website and social media channels.
  • Looking for suppliers for marketing needs, as well as conducting price comparisons between suppliers in order to get best offer and working closely and supervise third-parties/vendors to ensure that every project work is completed on time with high quality standard.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Brand and Marketing management including Marketing Communication and Digital Marketing in beauty industry is a must.
  • Good knowledge in communications, relationship management with KOL and Content Creators also social media marketing.
  • Demonstrate good media & influencer relationships and great networker, social media savvy.
  • Have experience with Social Media, SEO/SEM, Google Adwords and email campaigns.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations.
  • Good communication in English, both written and spoken is a must.
  • Have a good interpersonal, organizational, time, and project management skills.
  • Creative and passionate about digital marketing.
  • Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willing to be placed at Kembangan, West Jakarta with full WFO arrangement.
