Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Brand Manager to develop integrated brand strategies, oversee social media initiatives, and lead product launches. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related fields, along with 5+ years of experience in brand management for OTC products. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this role. Candidates with e-commerce experience will be favored.

Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce / digital platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee social media and influencer marketing initiatives
  • Lead successful new product launches
  • Drive product development and innovation from a brand perspective
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and trade marketing plans
  • Analyze sales data and trend market data as well as competitor data to identify product marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales team in conducting regular field visits to assess the potential and effectiveness of the promotional methods used
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / Apothecary / Science
  • 5+ years of experience in brand / product management for OTC / OTX products
  • Experience in e-commerce / digital platforms is a plus
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
