Brand Executive plays a crucial role in driving brand engagement and awareness through strategic field activation initiatives. Leading a team focused on two key development areas—partnerships with external brands/businesses and community engagement—the Brand Activation Lead reports to the Brand Manager. This position is equivalent to a supervisory role, requiring a dynamic individual with strong leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking

What you'll be doing

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other brands aligned with the company's values and target audience, negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate partnership activations into overall marketing strategies.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership activations, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build a strong brand presence locally and/or online.

Foster relationships with key community stakeholders, influencers, and organizations.

Plan and execute community events, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

Monitor and measure the impact of community initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Monitor expenditures, negotiate contracts with partners, and optimze spending for maximum impact.

Compile and analyze data on the performance of brand activation initiatives.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in brand management or brand activation, preferably within the Marketing & Communications from Health Supplements industry

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in brand activation, partnership development, or community engagement.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.

Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative activation strategies.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Maintains a polished and well‑groomed appearance.
