We’re looking for a Brand Content Specialist or Manager who lives and breathes creativity — someone who can turn insights into stories, ideas into visuals, and products into experiences. In this role, you will own the full content lifecycle: from ideation, creative direction, and content planning, all the way to execution and performance review.

You will work at the heart of the brand, shaping how our audience sees, feels, and connects with our products across every platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated content plans aligned with marketing and branding objectives.
  • Lead concept development, storyboarding, and creative ideation for multi-format content.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely publishing across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand, product, and design teams to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Work closely with marketing, digital ads, and influencer (KOL) teams to integrate content with paid media and KOL campaigns.
  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with engaging creative concepts.
  • Produce and oversee both short-form and long-form content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Provide creative direction for photoshoots and video production that highlight product benefits and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Measure content performance using analytics tools and provide clear insights for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital content creation or social media marketing, having background in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry is a must.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with a passion for aesthetics and brand communication.
  • Proficient in basic design tools and video editing apps.
  • Familiar with SEO principles, social media analytics, and campaign management tools.
