Overview

What you will do: As a ‘Branch Leader’, you will ensure the smoothness of front line/host, housekeeping/cleaner, and food & beverage operation. Supervise and assist the team in welcoming the guests and serve the guests from their arrival, during their stay, until their departure. You are also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all branch areas (facade, lobby, pods, parking, offices, public facilities). With guidance from your superior, you will make decisions to ensure the smoothness of branch operations and provide a polite, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times to support the positive image of the company.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least undergraduate (S1) in tourism/hospitality or equivalent
• Having experience at supervisory level background specialized in front office/ housekeeping and/or f&b service or equivalent
• At least 1 (one) year of working experience as supervisor in hospitality industry
• At least 3 (three) years of working experience as a hotel staff
• Actively able to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management
• Able and willing to work overtime and outside operational time
• Has neat appearance and well groomed
