This role is for someone who knows performance media is where growth actually happens. As a Biddable Media Manager, you won’t just run campaigns, you’ll own decisions, push performance forward, and turn media investment into results that matter.

You’ll be trusted to think critically, move fast, and challenge “good enough.” If you’re hands‑on with platforms, sharp with data, and confident explaining why something worked (or didn’t), this is a role where your impact will be seen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead biddable media strategies that connect business goals to real performance outcomes.
  • Own end‑to‑end execution across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, and programmatic platforms.
  • Actively optimize campaigns, budgets, and bidding strategies to drive stronger results across the funnel.
  • Turn performance data into clear insights and recommendations that guide smarter decisions.
  • Experiment with new formats, betas, and platform features to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to make sure media execution actually delivers.
A Bit About You
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in biddable or performance media.

  • Deep platform knowledge across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic tools like DV360.

  • Comfortable owning budgets and being accountable for performance, not just reporting on it.

  • Data‑driven, commercially aware, and confident explaining performance stories in a clear way.

  • Strong communicator who can hold their own with clients and internal teams.

  • Curious, proactive, and always looking for smarter ways to improve results.
