About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT PFI Mega Life Insurance as a Bancassurance Specialist based in East Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This full‑time position is responsible for driving sales and growth for the company's insurance products through partnerships with local banks.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners to cross‑sell insurance products
• Identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Providing expert advice and guidance to bank customers on the company's insurance offerings
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the Bancassurance division
