Key Responsibilities

• (Plus) Contribute to or develop microservices and system components written in Go (Golang)
• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services for web and mobile platforms
• Optimize database queries, schemas, and indexing for improved efficiency and throughput
• Ensure application reliability through proactive monitoring, profiling, and debugging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including frontend, DevOps, and product) to ensure seamless system integration
• Implement and enforce security best practices for data handling and API access
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and help shape backend architecture decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development (Ex-SartUp company), preferably experience in Health-Tech company
• (Advantage) Practical experience or strong familiarity with Go (Golang) for microservices or performance-critical systems
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including modularization, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Proficient with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and experience with query optimization
• Familiarity with API design standards, including RESTful principles and authentication methods (JWT, OAuth2, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead technical discussions
