Overview

As an Automation Staff (Data Engineer), you’ll be part of our smart factory transformation, building digital solutions that connect technology with manufacturing. This role is perfect for those who love turning data and systems into smarter, more efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Support software and internal application development (e.g., SCADA web, basic database).
• Participate in the digitalization of manufacturing devices on-site.
• Assist in designing and maintaining machine networking systems (machine networking topology).
• Ensure operational databases remain accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital systems in the factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering/Automation Engineering or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome (preferably with at least internship/project experience).
• Familiarity with PLC programming and SCADA is a plus.
• Eager to learn, open to innovation, and good communication skills.
• Familiar with databases and basic programming languages.
• Interested in developing digital solutions for manufacturing operations.
• Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory.
