Join our Sales Trading team to lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance execution capabilities in Indonesia.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential renewal for up to a maximum of 5 years (inclusive of the initial term), subject to successful completion of these objectives.

What role will you play?

You will spearhead strategic initiatives designed to transform our execution capabilities - introducing innovative approaches, optimising processes and embedding best practices that will improve client execution in a meaningful way. Acting as a senior contributor, you will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders, influence decision-making and ensure the successful implementation of key priorities within the defined 12-month timeframe.

In addition, you will lead execution processes, foster client partnerships and identify opportunities to expand our market presence.
