The Category and Commercial Strategy, Associate Director

is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth, customer value, and organizational transformation. This role unifies key commercial functions—Channel & Category Development and Revenue Growth Management (RGM)—under a single strategic leadership to ensure alignment, agility, and excellence in execution.

Strategic Leadership
  • Define and lead the commercial strategy across categories, channels, and customer segments.
  • Integrate RGM, category development, and transformation initiatives into a cohesive roadmap.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the VP & MD on commercial priorities and performance.
Category & Channel Development
  • Oversee category vision, portfolio strategy, and channel-specific execution plans.Guide the team in leveraging shopper insights and market trends to drive category growth.
  • Ensure alignment between brand, sales, and customer strategies.
  • Monitor market dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Revenue Growth Management
  • Lead pricing, trade investment, and promotional strategy to maximize value creation.
  • Drive analytics-based decision-making to optimize revenue and margin performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to ensure commercial feasibility and ROI.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior managers across three key department under his/her leadership – CCD, RGM and Transformation Office.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build future-ready capabilities and succession pipelines.
Requirement
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, category management, or sales operations.
  3. Proven leadership in cross-functional environments.
  4. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Experience in B2B and/or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
  6. Willing to be place in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
