Job summary

An automotive manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a Cost Accounting Specialist. The successful candidate will analyze costs, prepare reports, and ensure efficiency in budgeting and forecasting activities. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the automotive sector, are required. Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills are essential for excelling in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Cost Accounting (Manufacturing).
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing & inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze standard cost, actual cost, and cost variances.
• Monitor and control material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Prepare monthly manufacturing cost reports.
• Control and reconcile WIP, Raw Material, and Finished Goods.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, and Engineering.
• Support internal and external audits.
