A human resources consulting firm in Surabaya is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to perform coaching and consulting functions, evaluate employee performance, and propose HR policies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent communication skills are essential. This role offers a chance to impact HR practices within the organization.
Perform the functions of coaching, consulting, to sanction if deemed necessary for the HR of the HR Division in particular and all employees in general.
Propose to the Board Of Directors / Management teams the formulation of general HRD systems, procedures and policies.
As a representative of management for HR related matters both internal and external.
Evaluate the performance of all employees of the HR Division.
Perform additional duties of the board of Directors / Management team which is still within the limits of relevant competence.
Able to perform tasks assigned at any time as needed.
